EXAMPLE SENTENCES:

君の証言は正式に後でとる。
kimi no shougen wa seishiki ni ato de toru.
We will take your evidence formally later.

どんな証拠も、確かめるだけのことです。
donna shouko mo, tashikameru dake no koto desu.
Any other evidence will be simply confirmatory.

彼は、証拠不十分により釈放されてしまっていた。
kare wa, shouko fujuubun ni yori shakuhou sarete shimatte ita.
He was acquitted due to lack of evidence.

まだ立証されてはおりません。単なる推定にすぎません。
mada risshou sarete wa orimasen. tannaru suitei ni sugimasen.
The thing is not proved. It is as yet only a theory.

私は、証人として出廷しなくちゃならないんでしょうか?
watashi wa, shounin toshite shuttei shinakucha naranain deshou ka.
Do I have to appear in court as a witness?

私には明白な事件に思われるのですが、困難なのはそれを証明することです。
watashi ni wa meihaku na jiken ni omowareru no desu ga, konnan na no wa sore o shoumei suru koto desu.
It seems to me a clear case, but a difficult one to prove.
