I don’t have an appointment.
予約はしていません.
yoyaku wa shite imasen.

Please show me your insurance card.
保険証を見せてください.
hokenshou o misete kudasai.

Please fill out the registration form.
診察申込書に記入してください.
shinsatsu moushikomisho ni kinyuu shite kudasai.

Please wait for your turn in the waiting room.
待合室で順番を待っていてください.
machiaishitsu de junban o matte ite kudasai.

ベッドに横になってください.
beddo ni yoko ni natte kudasai.

dono you na shoujou desu ka.

A have a slight fever.
ちょっと熱があります.
chotto netsu ga arimasu.

i ga itai desu.

dono you ni itamimasu ka.

いつからですか?
itsu kara desu ka.

Are you taking any medication?
今何か薬を飲んでいますか?
ima nanika kusuri o nonde imasu ka.

Are you allergic to anything?
何かアレルギーはありますか?
nanika arerugii wa arimasu ka.

Please breath in slowly and deeply.
大きくゆっくり呼吸をしてください.
ookiku yukkuri kokyuu shite kudasai.

I’ll give you an X-ray and a blood test.
X線検査と血液検査を行います.
ekkusu sen kensa to ketsueki kensa o okonaimasu.

たいしたことないですよ.
taishita koto nai desu yo.

Please take this medicine after meals.
食後にこの薬を服用してください.
shokugo ni kono kusuri o fukuyou shite kudasai.
