アメリカに海上で挑戦するだけの資力を持つ国は、中国と日本の二国をおいてほかにない。
amerika ni kaijou de chousen suru dake no shiryoku o motsu kuni wa, chuugoku to nihon no ni kuni o oite hoka ni nai.
The only two countries that have the resources to challenge the United States at sea are China and Japan.
